Select Properties Turkey is an English / Turkish design and construction company that was founded in 1999. We are steadily growing due to the success of our simple concept – to build great properties using good materials, to the highest building standards. We have a small and experienced team of English & Turkish personnel that combine their experience and knowledge of properties, regions and local laws to successfully guide our clients through the buying process, from viewing & choosing an ideal property until long after the project is finished.
We are not estate agents and therefore no estate agents commissions or fees are taken.
You will notice on our website that we have chosen to act as an agent for a select few other constructions. This may be due to the fact that they, like us, are small companies with limited marketing budgets, but rest assured that all non-select properties have been carefully chosen by us due to their quality of build, reputation, previous customer satisfaction and of course their reasonable prices. By working with a number of specially chosen developers we are able to offer our clients a better range of property choices and give them the benefit of an independent outlook. Where these properties are concerned we will not be responsible for completing the contract with you. The contract is signed directly between you and the builder and anything related to the contract itself must be determined between you, your lawyer and the builder. If you are interested in any of these properties, we will introduce you to an English speaking Independent Solicitor who will act on your behalf throughout your purchase.
On your visit to Turkey we will provide you with a clear & concise explanation of how to purchase property in Turkey and, should you decide to purchase, we together with your solicitor will be with you through each stage of the purchase process. Our office based administration team will always be on hand to answer any queries or provide any advice that you may need.
After Sales
Our trained after sales department helps with the continuing up keep & running of your home.
Throughout the purchase of your property you are allocated one of our Consultants that will act as your main point of contact and help you through all the stages of the purchase and deal with any queries or worries (no matter how small) you may have. Following the sale this help doesn’t end, our staff can offer advice on annual maintenance, shopping, bill payments, telephone installation and even visa applications. We also have an independent company that we can recommend for your individual maintenance requirements. |
