Select Properties Turkey is a family-run estate agency established in 2007, based in Fethiye and covering the surrounding areas. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include other regions across Türkiye as well as Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Our experienced and multilingual team speaks English, Turkish, and Russian, combining in-depth local knowledge with a strong understanding of the property market, regional differences, and legal processes. This enables us to guide our clients confidently and seamlessly through every stage of buying or selling property in Türkiye.

I moved to Türkiye in 1999 and began my career in real estate in Fethiye in 2002. Prior to relocating, I worked for several years in the UK with The Halifax, gaining valuable experience in the property and financial sectors.
In 2005, I met my partner, now my husband, and together we established our own estate agency. Select Properties Turkey was founded in 2007 and operates as a fully registered limited company under Elite Emlak Ltd.
All of our team members are fully licensed to operate as estate agents in Türkiye and are able to assist clients in Turkish, English, and Russian.
