Select Properties Turkey is a family run business which started in 2007 in the Fethiye and surrounding areas and has expanded over the years to cover other areas in Turkiye and the North of Cyprus (TRNC).

We have a small and experienced team of English & Turkish personnel that combine their experience and knowledge of properties, regions and local laws to successfully guide our clients through the whole process of buying & Selling property in Turkiye.

I moved to Turkiye in 1999 and began working in Real Estate here in Fethiye in 2002.  Prior to that I worked for a number of years for Halifax Property Services and Bank in the UK.   In 2005 I met my partner, now Husband and we decided to set up our own Estate Company.

Select Properties was formed in 2007 and is legally registered as a Ltd Company under my name as Elite Emlak Ltd.  All of our staff have the full licence for operating as Estate agents in Turkiye and can provide services in Turkish, English & Russian languages.

Both myself and my husband work together to provide an all round comprehensive Estate service whether buying or selling in Turkiye.
