Insuring your Property

When you complete on your purchase, Dask which is the compulsory Government Earthquake Insurance is put into place immediately.  We will also obtain a quote for your own Personal Buildings and contents policy.

This we arrange through a local broker called Önce Sigorta.

Every year the insurance Company will contact us to advise that your policy needs renewing, this will be the renewal of both Dask and Personal Home Insurance.  If you do not take out any Personal Home Insurance then it is up to yourself to arrange renewal of your DASK as no reminder is sent for that.

For Renewals the amount will be sent through to you and it is paid direct to the insurance Company as follows:
