A deposit equivalent to 1 month rent can be paid to hold the property.

Balances due for holiday let's payable 6 weeks prior to arrival

Monthly rental due on day as agreed at signing

Payments can be made by UK or Turkey Bank transfer or direct to select office

If payments are more than 7 days late then the contract will be terminated and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

28 days notice required to terminate the contract prior to contract end date.

All breakages to be paid for or money will be deducted from the deposit to cover this

The term of rental to be decided at signing if rental is vacated prior to the set end date , in the case of monthly rental deposit will be forfeited

All bills belong to the tenant such as electric, water, TV, internet

In the event of not being able to travel due to Foreign Office and Covid - 19 then the deposit would be refundable

All tenants are responsible for their own contents Insurance

The owners & Select Properties accept no responsibility for any accident arising in or around the property & pool - please make sure you have adequate insurance
